We are bulk buyers of British & Continental territorial cheeses such as Mild & Mature Cheddar. We specialise in the packing of both block and grated cheese and have modern storage facilities for 200 tonnes.

Block cheese - We produce our block cheese in Cryovac barrier shrink bags which give the very best presentation and a shelf life of up to 6 months. We can offer both a five colour printed pouch under our brand name of "FOREST OF BOWLAND" or alternatively we can pack into plain clear pouches with just a basic weight and description label.

Grated cheese - Our grated cheese line can produce up to a maximum of 3 tonnes of grated product per day. Because of our flexibility we can blend different varieties of cheese to suit our customers specification. We can offer both 1kg and 2kg pouches in both printed and plain pouches. Shelf life on grated products is a maximum of 5 weeks.
